PRIMARY AOR MEMBER
Association membership requires a valid CA Real Estate Brokers/Appraisers license or Sales/Appraiser Trainee License under a participating Broker/Appraiser. Please call CMAR for a dues/fee estimate. If interested fill out a membership application and submit required fees.
SECONDARY AOR MEMBER
REALTOR® members who hold primary memberships with another AOR can join CMAR as a secondary member. CMAR membership is billed annually, new members are prorated unless prior year C.A.R./N.A.R. members. Please see Dues and Fee Chart.
Monthly General Membership Meetings include public speakers on important topics of current interest, free legal hotline, free finance helpline, access to online media, group health insurance, ZipformPlus, Forms Advisor & Forms Tutor, car.org, Industry Research & Market Data, California Real Estate Magazine, ClientDIRECT, Legislative Advocacy, CALIFORNIA REALTOR EXPO, Realtor Property Resource. CMAR Dues $325
CMAR Initiation Fee $150
C.A.R. Dues $184
C.A.R. Processing Fee $30
N.A.R. Dues $155
RAF Optional but Crucial $49
HAF Optional but Needed $10
Annually Billed by December 1st
Late after 30 days
Designated REALTOR Dues Formula (DR Dues) will be billed during the 1st Qtr. of the year based on non member agents. Any new non member agents joining a Realtor broker during the year will be billed according C.A.R. & N.A.R. requirements.
